It's Built for a Specific Season

Not every woman is meant to be in this program right now — and that's not a flaw in you. Timing matters in healing. The women who get the most out of Becoming HER are in a very particular place, and placing you there before you're ready would actually slow you down.

  • Where Becoming HER fits best: You're 3–18 months post-breakup, you've stopped spiraling, and you're ready to rebuild identity — not just survive the grief.

  • If you're still in acute pain: The neuroscience-based tools I'll point you to below are a better first step. Build the foundation first.

  • The door isn't closed: Many women in Becoming HER applied twice. There's no shame in coming back when the timing is right.
