Why I Built Becoming HER

This program isn’t theory — it’s the path I had to create for myself after heartbreak.

 

I know what it feels like to have your nervous system hijacked — panic attacks, sleepless nights, constantly on edge, losing yourself in someone else’s chaos.
 

I’ve lived the confusion of staying when I knew I should go, hoping love would get better if I just gave more.

 

And I know what it feels like when the rug gets pulled out from under you — when someone you thought you’d build a future with suddenly shuts down, cuts off, and leaves you wondering how you missed all the signs.

 

I’ve sat in the car after a breakup, numb, crying, wondering who I was now and how I’d wasted so much time.

 

Time didn’t heal it. Therapy helped, but it didn’t rewire it.

 

What finally did was using neuroscience and IFS to create my own closure, reset old patterns, regulate my nervous system, and rebuild myself piece by piece.

 

After walking that path myself, I started guiding my clients through it too.
 

For over five years, I’ve helped women step out of heartbreak, reset, and re-enter love with clarity and calm.
